Absolutely gorgeous place in a great location. The hosts are very helpful with everything and super nice people.

It was fantastic. The host and hostess were so kind and great, and they cared for everything, including our trip plan, traffic information, etc.

Very comfortable homey feeling and Sharon and Johnny were so welcoming treating us like family. They have restaurant and sightseeing suggestions also.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Redbourne Hilldrop Guesthouse. It was an absolute pleasure meeting and chatting daily with Sharon and Jonny, the owners who live downstairs. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready with helpful advice or assistance for anything we needed. Our bedroom and shower room were spacious, beautifully decorated in a chic 'modern antique' style, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast each morning was delicious—the omelette was a standout favorite! The only minor suggestion we’d offer for longer stays is to introduce a little daily variety to the menu, perhaps rotating in items like muffins or cake on different mornings. Combined with the stunning views over the City Bowl, it was an unforgettable experience. If we return to Cape Town, we will definitely stay here again!

Clean and quiet room in a peaceful neighborhood. Extremely friendly owners who helped in every possible way. The coffee machine and kitchen were available for everyone to use. I recommend it!

I had no problems at all, but my room had fairly steep stairs downstairs to the bathroom, which could be difficult for someone with limited mobility.
