Great offroad parking, aweosme friendly service

The location was great. The room was beautiful and comfortable.

The lady at reception was rude, my booking clearly said breakfast included, on arrival she stated only from 8. I said to her we need to leave at 7, in all other hotels breakfast is served as from 06h30. She was getting frustrated with us, as my son is an athlete and needs a nutritious breakfast thats why I book them specifically. The one window blinds could not close properly and we had to try and sleep with extreme lights shining in our room, which was very uncomfortable and we could not get a proper night's rest.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and went the extra mile, Thank you kindly! The property is ideally situated in Centurion to compute to surrounding areas. The Hotel was comfortable, clean, neat and we loved the attention to detail.

Perhaps if Breakfast time could be extended a little longer! When travelling with children, an hour is hardly enough.
