If you are looking for a quiet out of the way place with a clean room, comfortable bed, and a great pool then this is your place. If you are expecting a 5 star all inclusive motel then keep going. Staff was great, limited food options on a Sunday night in Newton, TX but got a Subway sandwich and made the most of it. Would stay here again for sure, loved the rustic charm and quiteness.

Great place to stay for the weekend, quite, relaxed with extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly staff. The beds and bedding were new and very comfortable, and the breakfast on Sat morning was also very good, do not remember the name of the dish but was excellent.

I have stayed here numerous time over the past years while passing through for work. I have no complaints it is nice and Quiet place and convenient place!
