Room wasn't very clean, bathroom had few (not mine) hair around. A shower curtain is something I would never like to find in my hotel room, infact it wasn't very clean. When I checked in I saw they had a laundry, so I asked if they also had a laundry service, and I was told "YES". One day before leaving I discovered I was given a wrong information, so I had to leave with dirty clothes. I had to anticipate my check-out, so the very last night I asked if I could get a refund of the nights I would not be staying at the hotel, and the woman at the counter said "Yes, I can't see why not!" The next morning, I discovered I was given another wrong information.... WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS??? Ah, and after asking to check the room fan since it was noisy, it then started blowing (not very clean) air inside my room instead of extracting it....
