Maxeria Blue Didyma Hotel - All Inclusive

Very nice hotel and all inclusive was so handy, especially with children. We were surprised to find well stocked shops on the premises downstairs, that was handy and a huge plus.it was very thoughtful to offer a late breakfast every day especially for customers who had to get used to the 3-hour time difference. Service was excellent in every way, can't fault it. Swimming pool, sauna, massage etc were luxury that I don't see in many hotels. We stayed during the quiet time of year so we had space around us I can imagine summer season being very busy at the pool etc but that would not stop us.The only negative is the long distance from Izmir airport, it is a good 1.5h drive in a rental car. All in all great, I would gladly stay here again no doubt about it.

I booked this place almost a year before arrival, the day we show up they tell us they want us to go to another hotel for the night because others flights were canceled and they were allowing them to stay in our room, rather than asking them to go to another hotel, I refused. We had traveled from the USA and we just wanted to settle in. They put us in a tight room for the night , then rushed us out in the morning because "someone else needed the room". Put us in a terrible room with no electricity, Finally the manager came in and she was able to give us a great room, after moving 3 times at this point. The waterpark was nice and enjoyable, the shows were nice as well. The service was mediocre. The final day , we were checking out and they owed us a credit for one night for so much hassle, however they tried to only give a credit of $80 , because "we stayed the night", 4 people in a standard room!! After going back and forth , finally they credited the one night , but then had the audacity to try to charge and extra $80-90 for Expedias commission!! Unbelievable, all around bad experience from the time we entered the building. The waterpark was the best part.

The hotel is very nice and the facilities ae outstanding. However where i am devastated is the service you get for the price i have paid for this hotel. The staff dont care about customers and everything we ask for was delayed. Furthermore, even equipment tend to not work when you ask for a drink etc. Many time we have asked for something and waitress say yes but never deliver.

We loved our stay here, the hotel and staff are sp lovely. We loved the water slides & foam party in particular. Hotel is clean and looks great, room was spacious, and the beach and pools are great for the day, there’s little supermarkets either side of the hotel if you forget anything and there’s an ATM too. Food and drink were plentiful, we definitely enjoyed the cocktails! Only grumbles were there were building work’s opposite our room but that’s not the hotels fault and we were out most of the day so didn’t bother us too much (we had a partial sea view family room, same side as the swim up rooms, personally I was glad we didn’t pay extra for one of those as would be more beneficial once the works are completed) and I found one of the women in the spa reception a big rude but other than that we were very happy with our holiday. If you have small children I wouldn’t recommend getting a sea view room by the kids play area as that’s where they have the entertainment in the evenings and it is pretty loud. But other that, LOVE this hotel and would happily go back.

Ostern de geldiğimiz için Aquapark daha açık değildi hava da soğuk olduğu için içerde çocuklara aktivite gerçekten çok azdı birazda olsa gün için de animasyon olmasını ısterdik . tatilimizi maalesef erken bitirmek zorunda kaldık 2 çocukla yemek yiyip sonrasında direk odaya gecinçe anca 2 gün idare edebildik .servis elemanları sezon olmamasına rağmen mutsuzdu hallerinden . Tek artısı temizlik çok güzeldi . Tabi ki bir de manzarası

Lovely stay with friends Food was excellent. Staff very good very professional Suite very clean and comfortable View was amazing. Weather brilliant Lovely touch for my birthday in room. Fruit plate and wine. Thank you

An amazing hotel, very clean, modern, close to the sea, amenities excellent, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is wonderful, all in all a great place for a family holiday.

Foods and drinks are so low qualty. Aquapark park, and swiming pool are closed. There is no activity and show. There are a lot of children. I think there for there was lots of school groups.
