Pool surrounding not well maintained.

this place was away from busyness of the city. so at night u can expect a serene & peaceful moment throughout the night. the staff was very helpful. the room was spacious & everything is clean.

nothing actually coz i was so happy with everything. just a lil suggestion - maybe can add on railing for upper bedroom, easy for the guests (elderly or kids) to hold into when taking the stairs. aside from that, all good :)

Located in a quiet area far away from everything. We booked 2 room types, the triple room is much better. Owner/operator En. Anuar is nice, allowed us to check out really late at a minimum charge.

The photo looks totally different from real environment due to the professional photographer with good angles. The room with "private pool" is really small and the oven (I don't see why its there) in the room is taking up some space and we cannot even lay out our luggage. Ongoing construction, though not noisy but felt very cramped.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The room did not have a proper door...the door was quite old and had no curtain for privacy. The room was not properly cleaned as there was food residue from the previous people staying in that room but upon informing the staff,they cleaned the room. The bed sheets and towels were not clean as there were stains on them and the lighting in the room is so dim. The bathroom did not have a proper drainage system so water was stagnant and the bathroom had a weird smell. The balcony was filthy dirty and not cleaned at all.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the two superior rooms which are huge - tastefully decorated and really spacious with lovely bathrooms. We had interconnecting balconies so could come together in the evening for drinks before walking down to the beach for the evening. We used the pool each day when we got back from sightseeing and it was clean and peaceful. A great breakfast each morning to set us up for the day. Really good value for money accommodation - loved it.

One small comment - the outdoor furniture on the balcony could do with a bit of a clean
