Trying to justify the dirty room and blaming me for booking it was funny

First impressions on the entrance the place looks sketchy and dirty, elevator does not work. The room we got was extremly dirty(provided pictures). Walls had writing on them, floor was stained and what looks like feces on the scrubber(provided pictues but not sure if google will allow) and nothing was clean like in the pictures they have presented on the site. Feeling disgusted not even 5 minutes in the room we left and went to request a refund. At first receptionist seemed to understand us but then did a 180(we were leaving after she was unhelpfull with a refund then called me back) and started making wierd statements like we shouldnt be bothered by feces, kept repeating that they have a score of 9 on booking and told us that we shouldve stayed home and to go home. Having talked to booking support this is what happened. Booking customer support attempted to contact the property several times about my complaint and refund, but the calls were not answered. The only time they did answer, the call was apparently ended after my name was mentioned and there was no further response.

Lokacija idealna

Osoblje je doslovno bezobrazno ,hektično ,na pitanje zašto ne komuniciraju na Hrvatskom jeziku ,dobio sam odgovor da je to moj problem . Odnos prema klijentu apsolutno na razini nule iz dodatno gratis vrijeđanje . Lokacija savršena ,ostatak apsolutno izbjegavat ovaj smješta zbog Personala ako se to uopće može nazvati personalom .

Lokacija je super, osoblje je od hostela ali jako ljubazni svi. Soba je uredna i cista.
