The location was great. Beautifully decorated.

Das Apparment ist sauber und o.k. eingerichtet. Eher klein und so gut wie gar keine Aussicht. Das Bild suggeriert etwas anderes. Der Pool ist im 9. Stock. Das Apparment aber liegt im 1. Stock, direkt über der Garage. Ist dadurch am Morgen recht laut und wie gesagt NULL Aussicht. Die Lage im Green Point Viertel ist aber ideal und direkt vor dem Appartment hat eine Bus-Haltestation der MyCiti Buslinie.

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Apartments waren sehr gut

Wir waren in Kapstadt, um ein Rugby Spiel im DHL Stadion zu besuchen und dafür war die Lage absolut perfekt. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants, Cafes und auch einen gut sortierten Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, alles fußläufig in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool ist wirklich klasse. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da wir im Winter bei kaltem Regenwetter dort waren. Umso gemütlicher haben wir es uns nach dem Spiel dann in der Wohnung gemacht.

Die geforderte Abgabe des Deposit war ein wenig verwirrend, da wir das Geld letztendlich dann doch nicht übergeben konnten, weil man uns kurzfristig zum Self Check In aufforderte, was auch okay war.

A spacious, nicely decorated and clean apartment in a very good location in Green Point with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby and Green Point Park basically in front of the door. MyCiti Bus stop also in front of the door. We had all the amenities we needed and did not have to buy anything additional. Uncompliated individual parking space.

The location

The fact that only after checking in we were made aware that the pool was empty for maintenance. Then told it's in the policies. Why not just be up front in the listing that the pool is not usable

Beautiful apartment in great location. Walking distance from the V&A waterfront. Very well furnished, with stove, microwave, washer, and dryer. Roofdeck with stunning views of the ocean, stadium, and waterfront. Also has very nice area for grilling (braai) with sitting area on roofdeck.

It is a clean place, conveniently located

My money was stolen from my bag. Property owners say there’s no extra key but my bag was ransacked and they took my money. Security at the gate was not helpful and the owners said there’s nothing they could do. It was such a disappointment after a good stay in the facility. It’s partly my fault for not locking away the cash.
