Squeaky bunk beds Led to disrupted sleeps with all children in the room
AUNZOrdered linen not available at property on arrival. Log burner lovely but no guard available to protect young children despite home being suitable for children.
AUHouse had plenty of room with everything required for a great stay. Great location, just a short walk from the main Street and Hanmer pools.
NZNZTv was old and did not work. Advised property managers, still not fixed two days later. I would recommend the owner should get a new tv, the existing one is very old and unreliable
NZProximitiy to Hanmer town and Hot Springs, quiet location and great scenery. Well equipped house and spacious. Comfortable beds and nice bath rooms.
No aircon and windows didn't have an option to leave on vent when going out, the house was very very hot. We were given just 1 towel per person, which also wasn't that big.
