This hotel appears to be a former apartment with large rooms, kitchen and living areas. The location is perfect for those needing to be close to the train station or airport. There is a lot of shopping nearby as well as coffee shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and quiet for being on such a busy street. The staff are kind and friendly and the free use of the washer/ dryer was a great perk.

The property needs to pay some attention to mold and cleaning practices. Our room (501) had a large, leaking mold spot in the bathroom. The floors leave black grime on your feet. The main light in the bathroom didn’t work making it a bit tough to get ready.

the studio is BEAUTIFUL and all new! so spacious, lovely bath tub, balcony and tv with netflix! we were worried reading the reviews about poor soundproofing but we had no problems, it was very quiet all the time. wish we were staying there longer, and it’s so affordable

Breakfast wasn’t provided however the hotel is in the centre of the area so easy to navigate. The receptionist miss Như is very helpful and friendly.

A spacious and quiet room. My quietest room in my trip to Vietnam. The bed was massive! Staff were super helpful and friendly. I will choose to stay at this hotel again if I ever come back to Da Nang :)

The apartment was beautifully done up Very spacious

No washing machine in the apartment. We had to come to the ground floor to do the laundry. Not very central location. We had to take a taxi everywhere.
