Très très bon hôtel en plein centre de Phnom Pehn, dans une petite rue calme supplément vue sur un temple. Chambre moderne et très propre, le personnel est adorable et le petit dej est varié et bon. Vraiment une très bonne surprise et un séjour idéal au Botum Hôtel.

L’emplacement, le personnel à la réception.

Le ménage n’était pas fait pendant notre séjour 2 nuits/3 jours. Il n’y avait pas assez de place au petit déjeuner et le choix est assez limité. Pas vraiment de service au bar rooftop, pauvre au niveau des serviettes. Ascenseur très petit qui desserre les 10 étages.

Breakfast was simple but catered for every need, the outside noodle and egg station was a bonus. The view from our room was beautiful. Staff went above and beyond to help. The pool area was relaxing and a welcome relief from the heat. Would stay there again.

The air con in our room could have been a little cooler - a very minor complaint

The staff were just lovely, the breakfast was good, the beds were comfy, location great, the pool with its view amazing.

Aircon in the room quite old and not so effective against the severe heat. Some stains on the linen. Drawer under sink was broken.

Localisation idéale pour visiter la ville. Personnel accueillant, chambre confortable avec très belle vue. La piscine est très petite, mais la vue est superbe, ça compense. Petit déjeuner correct.
