EMA House Serviced Apartments Seefeld

Exceptional place, everything was outstanding. The person checking us in, the beautiful design of the apartment, the facilities, location, the thought behind every small detail. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Zurich.

Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster, bathtub etc. Nice balcony, located in a nice neighbourhood, close to Lake Zurich. Everything is perfect.

We were met at the property and shown up to the apartment, use of certain items were also explained and additional information around contact with the hosts during the stay were provided, and we found them very responsive to our queries and requested during the stay. The apartment was well presented and very clean. The location was excellent many eating places near by and a short 3 minute walk to tram connections or a good 10 minute walk to the Old Town and 15 minutes from the lake boats and river taxi. It was in a very quite location but you felt very safe with many locals living close within the same location.

Having confirmed an approximate arrival time the number of e-mails in the week prior to arrival was in my opinion excessive, especially as we were traveling and staying in the Alps without internet at times. Then finding when we did connect we had a number of e-mails asking us to confirm what had already been given. Some of this was also an issue with Booking.com as it sent for some reason two copies of each notification from the host each time? The difficulty is no one is permanently on site to meet and greet and subsequently only come to the property when you are due to arrive. I have no issue with this but trying to pin you down to a specific time when traveling is off putting when you are being constantly asked about your arrival.

For a solo traveler it was comfortable enough, fully equipped, as if you were at home. The location is excellent, only 2-3 minutes to the lake, not very far away from the center, you could get there in 15 minutes walking. Plenty of grocery stores, between 3 to 10 min, also some bars very close. The staff was very nice and helpful, they respond very fast.

Für Erkundungen der Stadt per pedes ist die Lage hervorragend. Zum See sind es nur 3 Minuten und in die Oper knapp 10. Im Seefeld Quartier gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Möglichkeiten einzukaufen (Migros, coop) und es gibt kleine Boutiquen und Läden, um sich selbst zu versorgen und zu shoppen.

We were able to shop locally have breakfast in our apartment. The location in Zurich was perfect- nearby shops, restaurants, and markets.

A very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location: just a few minutes’ walk from the lake and only a couple of tram stops from Bellevue. The hosts were very responsive and efficient. Highly recommended.
