Zum Pfingst Wochenende war eine sehr lautstarke Familie im Nebenhaus (26 oder 30) auf Urlaub! Lärm bis gegen 1:00h nach Mitternacht! Entspricht nicht den naechtl. Ruhezeiten!

Good location. We've been to your apartment/s several times already.

This time in "No. 26", the allocated apartment is smaller and the first allocation was without a balcony. EMA organised a change after a week, and it was better. We still would prefer those in "No. 30".

Die Reaktionszeiten sind aussergewöhnlich kurz, und ich habe in Zürich bisher noch nie eine so hohe Servicequalität und Einsatzbereitschaft erlebt. Ich bin viel unterwegs und habe bereits in zahlreichen Apartments und Hotels auf der ganzen Welt übernachtet. Deshalb erlaube ich mir einen direkten Vergleich. Umso mehr beeindruckt mich die Professionalität, Freundlichkeit und Effizienz Ihres Teams. Wenn ich künftig wieder nach Zürich komme, werde ich EMA Apartments ganz sicher als erste Option prüfen und – wenn möglich – erneut buchen. Grossen Respekt für Ihre Arbeit. The wait for the keys wasn’t long and the lady who came was very patient and explained everything nicely

All the manuals and the washing machine instructions were in German which we couldn’t understand.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The location is excellent — in a very nice neighborhood, with the city center easily reachable either by a pleasant walk along the lakeside promenade or by tram. Shops and supermarkets are also nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was very comfortable and fully equipped with absolutely everything needed, whether for a short stay or a longer visit. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. A special thank you to the staff for allowing us to check in early in the morning without any extra charge. That was extremely convenient for us and very much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Great location, beautifully decorated.

Outside table needed a clean as there was construction close by.

The apartment is located on 5 floor in a building with elevator. It is spacious, well designed, good lighting. It has 2 large detached bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub with shower curtain), 2 big balconies, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, dryer rack, living room. We were 4 adults and lived very comfortable. All balcony doors and windows have electric blinds. Clean and quiet area, close to tram and close to the lake.

No mosquito nets for the windows.
