"Smelled like smoke. Couldn’t stay"

It smelled like smoke and caused my mom to have an asthma attack. We asked for a different property and they said they were all booked so we had to find a new place when we asked for a refund. They said that it didn’t smell like smoke and that it’s our problem. I don’t know how my mom having a medical condition is our problem, but whatever.

Smelled like smoke. My family couldn’t stay.

Nice and clean , more than enough towels and room .

The lights in the pool didn’t work, so the kids couldn’t swim at night. And the light didn’t also work out in the back

It was perfect! Terrific facilities, lots of space, no check in just a code to use, great support from the Casiola team - in short it was amazing and I can’t wait to go back.

It would have been good to have a safe but other than that it was perfect - thank you Casiola!!

Omg we loved this place .. it was clean and comfortable, the pool felt great, and security also helped with finding the home. I would love to stay here again.

The parking I mean it has a garage but if you have more than one car it can get sort of complicated.
