I am highly disappointed that I arrived at later than usual check in time. I was provided a room that had not been cleaned to its entirety. There was fecal matter at the bathroom entrance. I requested another room based on my findings and there was not any available. Front desk person graciously came to do her best with a cloth and spray bottle. Thank you for her efforts not a part of her job did it with hesitation. After that when I walk to the bed I discovered another area with fecal matter. I’m astonished this was an issue as I’ve stayed weeks at a time at this property. Upon check out I explained the night and was offered 5000 BONVOY points for my inconvenience during my stay. I have yet to receive those points to my account!

Let me start by saying, Ray and Cynthia are the best!! They are both Professional and kind. They should teach customer service training for all Bonvoy employees. I arrived really early, Sunday Memorial Day weekend in Indy. So, the hotel was fully booked the night before and my room wasn’t available. Cynthia and Ray secured my luggage while I went to grab a bite to eat. Ray called me and let me know my room was ready. When I arrived, Ray checked me in. Great experience, great staff, Great hotel, new, modern, super clean and did I mention great staff. 😀 I’ll definitely be back. They deserve ten stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property is very nice! The Entire Staff were the friendliest and nicest staff that I have had in a motel stay. Helpful, polite and just plain Nuce❤️
