The staff were the best especially Ruman, Jynane, Bithyl, chalio, Claudia, Lidador, Great service and always helpful even when raining escorted us to the room with an umbrella The pool was lovely, and food amazing, you have a very good chef!

The fact we had to pay for our 3-year-old breakfast at 295 pesos per day. It did not state we have to pay for an infant breakfast. This should be clearer in the policy as not stated.

I like the staff and very amazing view feels like in Bali. If I have a plan to go home again definitely I would like to stay here again and again

It was Bali style and very nice. The room was spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly.

There was a problem with the hot water heater in the shower. They also nickled and dimed me a bit like charging me for an early check in.
