The gardens are beautiful, it's like a little oasis off the main road and once inside the gates, a different place altogether. The pool is large and very clean, though quite warm, there is good seating around the pool area. The staff are always busy cleaning so the place is impeccable. Our sons room had a mouldy smell and had issues with condensation on the walls but once pointed out to staff, they switched him to another room and dealt with the issue. Similarly the shower in our room was dripping which staff noticed when cleaning and they changed our room for us ( unasked) and sent a worker in to fix the issue. They provided a service from airport to hotel with a big van. The rooms have a small fridge and a microwave so you can bring outside drinks and food in .

The beds were a bit hard. We never got to eat a meal at the Cafe apart from breakfast because it never seemed to be open for more than drinks or coffee. We were there 4 days Staff were helpful in using an app to order food in and provided cutlery etc for the meal. We were served an American breakfast each day which was heavy on carbs and sugar, and monotonous but we noticed that the Filipino guests were served a Filipino style breakfast. We asked for this on our 3rd morning and enjoyed the rice, fish and fruit that came with it. It would have been nice to be given that choice at the beginning. They have signs up saying Quiet time between 7am-10am, but staff on the 4th morning started playing very loud dance music through the outside speakers before 6.30am, which we thought was very strange. Similarly they have signs around the pool saying No food or drink but then staff served the Filipino guests breakfast in big floating baskets in the pool and the guests ate in there. We found that confusing, ( though interesting and fun) but it was not offered to us. We think maybe the language barrier was an issue. The pool table really needs some updated cues with actual tips, lol, but we still played several times. All in all it was a good place to stay. Staff were helpful and nice.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location near family was good, room was clean. Pool was clean and refreshing.

The King bed was very firm, too firm and difficult to sleep on. We did not sleep well both nights.

Good value, staff was pleasant and accommodating. Pool was clean and staff allowed us to have a family dinner in the pool area.
