"Very good"

Good hotel, not far away from the center and the metro. Also the price was nice. The personal was extremely friendly and helped with various questions.

I was there during the extreme cold weather in Tashkent. And there was pretty cold in the hotel during these times. However, the personal really tried to help.

"Friendly and lovely staff, horrible building"

The building looks like it is about to fall apart. It seems as if the owner has done all the construction themselves, as air conditioners are sort of jerry-rigged onto the walls and the door frame is falling off. I made use of the safe for the first time in my travel to Uzbekistan, because it seemed like the door to my room was very unsteady. This place is OK for a short trip. Breakfast was catered to Chinese businessmen, and the hotel seems to be Chinese owned and operated. Instant coffee only.

The hotel is near the center of the city. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is tasty with variety of dishes (be ready for Chinese tastes).

"Avoid this place at all costs"

The rooms were unsatisfactory. They were freezing cold. When I asked to have the air conditioning fixed so that heat will come out of it they said 5 minutes and never came back. The people were disrespectful. The management was crap and did not want to help in any way whatsoever. It was a overall terrible experience.

"Good Located Hotel"

Location is close to the metro and receptionists are helpful in particular Ivan.

1. There are people who are smoking non stop in the building. This should be banned. 2. Breakfast is until 10 am but the staff do not want to put anything after 9 am they should be warned.

The staff were so friendly and eager to help special thanks to Mr. Khusniddin and Mr.ivan in the reception and Mr.ozdhbek in the kichen, my room was spacious and warm and equipped with a minibar ,a safety box and TV,... The bathroom was clean and equipped with all toiletries and amenities. Uzbeks are lovely people ,pleasing, friendly and polite.. I'm so excited to visit Uzbekistan again and again❤️😌

king size bed has two single beds which are moving while I'm sleeping ...breakfast is a kind of Chinese food which isn't familiar to me but desserts still tasty
