Lasciato 100 euro in garanzia. Il giorno seguente pago il soggiorno in moneta locale. Pagato 2 volte, sono tornato dopo una settimana, la ragazza alla reception ha telefonato a un responsabile.... Fatevi spiegare, io aspetto una loro telefonata da 20 giorni. Per questo motivo registro ogni tanto... Grazie

Nada, cancelaron la reservación cuando ya iba llegando a Neiva.

Pésimo servicio, cancelaron la reservación antes como 1 hora antes de llegar a Neiva, no dieron solución de nada y cuando los amenace con calificarlos mal en todas partes, ahi si quisieron hacerme una propuesta, cuando ya había conseguido otro hotel
