This will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Guest and Cardholder Name match: The guest name must match the cardholders name. If the names do not match, you will be required to provide a photo of the cardholders valid ID, and proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction showing our merchant name, payment amount and process dates (please corp or mark sensitive account information or other transactions) from your bank account or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card. Before your check in: Complete the check in form to help us prepare for your stay and make your arrival smooth. For self check in property, you can access the property through a Smary DoorLock-KeyNest Store nearby-lockbox. To make your check in as easy as possible, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, so we can ensure everything is ready for you. For guest screening and verification, we will kindly ask for a photo of your ID and a payment evidence. This is part of our easy and secure self check in process. To verify payment, a screenshot of the payment transaction from your bank or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If this cannot be provided, a phoyo of the card used to pay showing only the last 4 digitis and cardholder name may be required. "Very good base to explore Melbourne."

Great location 24 floors up overlooking the docks. Tram outside was free into city. Swimming pool was amazing - actually able to swim lengths. Gym was pretty good too.

It felt like there was a lot of rules and a lot of reminders of them, though I understand why in flats - nature of the beast I guess. Dealing with a second booking platform a bit pesky - sending ID and proof of payment. Leaving key at end of stay a bit faffy as needed it to get out of car park. 1 of us had to go back up with it.

"Docks is the place to stay 👌"

Our recent stay at this location was exceptional. We were thoroughly impressed with all aspects of our experience, particularly the high standard of customer service. The property's convenient access to city amenities was a significant advantage, and we found the Docks area to be particularly appealing. This location is well-suited for both families and couples seeking a tranquil yet accessible retreat. Our son loved the swimming pools. For those with toddlers, dont forget some swimming floaties like armbands and vests Bonus is the free parking. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you

Key pick up and access to the car park. Note that Denira Lane does not appear on Google Maps. For those unfamiliar with the area, proceed from the traffic lights, turn right, and follow the road; Denira Lane will be visible, and the designated entrance is the first door. For those arriving from the tram lane, continue straight ahead. Regarding key management, the provision of two key fobs would be beneficial. This would facilitate independent access, allowing for separate departures and returns to the accommodation. These are just minor things but our stay was a 10/10 100% recommend 👌
