The room is dirty and there’s no hot water.

I was on the 4th floor and had a good view. The rooms were clean and it was a very good price.

On Booking.com it says 24 hour desk but often there is nobody behind the desk.

It was reasonable price with perfect location, just across the White Gonpa, nearby many local and affordable coffee shops & restaurants. A short walking distance about 5 mins to the Stupa. if you book a room with included breakfast, you’ll have to walk like 2-3 mins to Utpala vegetarian restaurant. They don’t serve breakfast or food at the hotel, no kitchen facilities. There were kettle & hair dryer. The hotel staff were really nice and friendly.

my room was in the 5th floor without lift, asked to move to lower floors because of knee problem but it was not possible during my stay. You should request low floor in your booking in advance. And asked to fix broken toilet seat but the staff said they couldn’t fix it?! Seemed like they used solar energy for hot water. when many guests, the hot water wasn’t enough. but when it was quite, there was plenty of hot water.

The hotel room was spacious. Top notch furnishing. Emptiness.

I didn't like the way the staffs from the hotel treated us. From the start they were rude and suspicious. The inside of the hotel was topnotch. But the management team were indifferent and not friendly. They didn't care about our needs and were not looking for feedbacks even contacting their landlines no one cared. They didn't know what was even in their online booking system, so we couldn't get our breakfast even which was for only one person bcz their will be no profit for them. We weren't willing to go to other restaurant and come back with a bill so we left disappointed with the hotel management. :(
