The views from the room

The room is very clean and modern with a huge window that provides an amazing city view of Nha Trang. It is large, spacious, has all the amenities that you need if you wish to self-cater, and the bathroom is very clean and well-maintained. The wifi is fast, works perfectly, and the hotel is located in the heart of Nha Trang centre. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, and I will definitely be staying here again. It is also very reasonably priced compared to all of the hotels that I have previously stayed at in South East Asia. 10 out of 10

The host is super nice and very punctual, and the check-in went smoothly at 2 PM the lady host is a foreigner, so you can communicate easily in English.

it is crowded in the lobby at check-in and check-out time, you need to wait a little for the elevator, but that is fine with me. I get used to it

Good location, comfortable bed, balcony

There was very strong bad smell in the apartment. I reported it and host said they will check it out but maintenance came next morning before 9am without notice and woke us up. Apartment needs deep cleaning, especially kitchen cabinets and other on wall surfaces. it’s really worn out. Bed was comfortable but bedsheets had stains. There is a rooftop bar with extremely loud music until 1am, like next level loud. I don’t get it. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it.

We arrived in the middle of the night after a night bus and were greeted by the host on arrival after a small bit of confusion as we went to reception to book in rather than message The Host the building is a hotel but you have booked a private apartment with a private host. We got into our room very quickly. And we were on the 36th floor with great views of the city. The studio itself had everything you would need. However, it did have a bit of a weird smell. S it was probably the guests before us, not using the extractor fan when cooking. We enjoyed the room the TV works. Well, the bed was really comfy, and we enjoyed having our own space. We use the rooftop pool. We did pay the extra money for it. It was nice but that was very windy. The Apartment is in the hotel, which is very, very busy lots of Russian guests. And it did take a while to get lifts, but the views are incredible.

We didnid1878 T have the cash on us to pay when we first arrived so arranged to pay the next day. We paid but at 10 PM at night. When we were asleep in bed, we had a knock at the door and they were asking for the money again. It was confusing, but we said we'd already paid. And they felt very vulnerable as it was very late at night. And we were tired and in bed when they arrived. Also, there was a used plaster in the shower but the rest of the Apartment was clean other than the smell of the Apartment which I think is due to guests not using the extractor fan. It would be good to also have some salt and pepper and oil in the Apartments. As this is usual, holiday lets and feels a waste having to buy it every time to use for such a small amount of tablet. We are a backpacking couple and enjoyedThey relax in Nha Trang, but we wouldnt come back. It is a Russian holiday destination. Not quite what we thought it would be. And the sea is unswimable pool as the current is too strong so backpackers I would not recommend this destination
