Privat-Pension Doemens

Eine vollausgestattete Küche mit großen Aufenthaltsraum (Platz für rund 17 bis 20 Personen mit Fernseher und viel Infomaterial. Großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Das ein oder andere kann man von Vormieter übernehmen oder man kauft sowas wie Kaffe und Zucker dazu und lässt es den anderen :)

Mir wurde vergessen den Schlüssel für die Fenster zu zeigen und zu erklären. Aber habe ihn relativ schnell zufällig in der Ecke der Fensterbank gefunden.

Die Lage war sehr angenehm, nah bei einer großen Straße mit Cafés etc. Wir hatten aber auch ein Auto dabei. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, auch das Bad. Es gibt 4 Zimmer, 3 davon hatten wir belegt - sehr angenehm. Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist groß und die Küche hatte auch genug Platz für 7 Leute. Man kann alle Geräte in der Küche benutzen und es ist auch dort sauber.

The rooms were well equipped and the bathrooms modern, I really liked the common rooms and the kitchen which enabled us to prepare some food and eat in and therefore spare some money during the visit. The overall price was interesting. The owner very helpfully provided a baby cot. The mattress was extremely comfortable and good quality.

I got a "smoking" room which I didn't know was a room for smokers when I booked the accommodation, the smell was persistent and I slept in it with my baby. I could hear the other guests going to the bathroom/take a shower a bit too well.

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the owner was very friendly and supportive. The location is close to city, you can park in the street, the nr of available parking spots seems a bit tight. There is a kitchen and fridge you can use to cook and store your groceries.

On the top floor the room we had was next to the bath rooms so you can hear when someone enters the bathroom. That is to be expected.

Location is quiet, between houses and gardens. Free parking in the street. A lot to see in the area at close distance. Nature (forests & parks), supermarket, bakery, restaurants. The city is good reachable by bus, car or bike. Different beautiful nature reserves around Aachen. The room (with garden view) has enough space. Shared bathroom is clean. The shared kitchen and living room offer nice extra space to eat, relax, watch tv and meet other guests. Me and my son were here for the 3rd time!
