Reception staff was very friendly. The location was perfect: close to everything. The shower and cubicle were the best so far. They made our chosen breakfast in the morning and it was more than i expected, very nice. The lift worked well and was fast.

Would have liked 2 cups of coffee with my breakfast instead of one.

Location was perfect! Just walked to the center of the old town and the Hoi An Memories Land. Very comfy beds, good shower pressure, strong wifi, friendly staff.

Mosquitos getting in the room. Coreless toilet paper is one-ply and disintegrates on your hands - should be at least 2 ply with better quality. Breakfast with eggs, sausage and (half a) bacon could be improved. Pancakes were great though!
