Didn't have breakfast but the location is idyllic, best of both worlds, so close to Nuneaton town centre for work and yet far enough to be away from it all!

"Despite the lovely location and very friendly, helpful host, it was disappointing"

Very friendly and helpful host. Very clean Very quiet location Milk on arrival for a cup of tea

The property description was very misleading. Described as "entire holiday home - 1 bedroom - 1 living room - 1 bathroom" Two armchairs by the bed does not constitute a "1 living room" The room was more like a bedsit, not an "entire holiday home", with cooking facilities, fridge etc near to the bed I did not like the memory foam mattress, but I accept that others might. The shower in the bathroom would benefit from a shower tray to catch the water. The bathroom floor gets very wet, with little escape for the water
