The pool was nice and the Breakfast had an exceptional choice for the price.

Bed linen and towels had some stains. They sure were washed but it wasn‘t quite spotless. And the room wasn‘t as noise proof as described but that didn’t bother much.

What a wonderful, boutique hotel. From arrival, greeted by Bert and he assisted with taking our baggage to our room, to all the serving staff, at a varied choice of breakfast, throughout our 10 night stay, there was something for everyone. Cleaning staff visited daily with fresh towels. The staff at the pool couldn’t do enough for us. This time of year worked for us as we like going for meals and entertainment, not too busy but busy enough to feel the “vibe”.

Great location on the strip in Laganas. ok for checking out the beach which has some wonderful restaurants and bars, great for the bars and fast food on the strip.

Brown dirt coming out of the aircon covering our bags and clothes, room small and not really as pictured. Sockets not working and lighting poor in the bathroom.

The owner upgread me to a better room. Breakfast was very generous in quantity and the room was newly refurbished .

Was all good but personally I like good coffe and cappuccino done with real bar mashine and they had for comodità one of this self service mashine and that tipe of coffe is not for me, but that is jest me been difficult.

What a brilliant family run hotel. A great welcome on arrival. We had a upgrade when arrived. The hotel was outstanding the best I have stayed in Zante. Very modern room was super everything you would need in the room. Beds was so comfortable the best I stayed in. The room had iron and ironing board, tea and coffee and a kettle, shower gel, slippers. The pool area was great very clean pool was to cold for us to go in as it was beginning of May. A great bar area a selection of drinks and a good food menu. The breakfast was outstanding the best I have had in a hotel in Greece. Everything from cooked breakfast, cereals, breads, croissants, greek honey, greek yoghurt very delicious, cakes, meats, cheese, juices, coffee from a very good machine, tea and hot chocolate. The room was very clean. Clean towels everyday. We stayed in room 311 on third floor the hotel had a lift to the floors. Would I stay here again it's got to be a big yes. I wouldn't class it as a 2 star more like a 4 star. The owners Dennis, Mama and Papa are great people. The staff was very friendly.

De ligging was midden in het uitgaansgebied en was erg schreeuwerig.

We stayed in the room with the private hot tub, and it was perfect! It came with sun loungers which we used all the time since the weather was great, and ending the day in the hot tub at night was amazing. Even though our room faced the busy street, we didn't hear any noise at all. The room was also sparkling clean every single day. What really made our stay was the staff. They were super friendly, and anytime we had a minor question or request, they sorted it out instantly. On our last day, our taxi arrived at 8:00 AM right when breakfast was starting. Because we were going to miss it, the staff were incredibly thoughtful and gave us a container to fill up to take with us!

Honestly nothing major. We could occasionally hear some neighbors in the hallway at night, but it wasn't annoying or disruptive at all.

I booked here for 1 week for the first week in May. It was Very clean and all staff were helpful and spoke good English. I booked a standard room but due to it not being busy they kindly upgraded me to a nicer room for the same price. I couldn’t get the safe to work at the start and rang reception and they sent a guy up to help me immediately and he was very patient. The cleaners tidied and cleaned everything every day. They really put a lot of time into making the room pace look good. They mopped all of the stairs and reception and the poolside every morning and put the sofas right. The shower was great lovely big shower head and spacious. It’s in an ideal location right on the strip it’s just a 2 min walk to the beach or clubs. The pool was very quiet when I went often no one in it.

The only thing was when I went to get my passport out the safe on the morning I needed to leave, the batteries in the safe had died meaning I couldn’t get it out. When I called reception the guy on the desk couldn’t understand me very well. And I had to wait until other staff came in which meant I was a bit late for my transfer by the time it got sorted. Thankfully after 15 minutes another guy came in and got his tool kit and was able to unlock it.
