Excellent value for money. You get a spacious flat in a great area. Easy short walk to park, city centre, train station and bus stops. Plus a big supermarket across the road. The flat itself is set out nicely. Large TV, clean and tidy lounge, modern kitchen with the essential/basic kitchen utensils etc available for use. The rooms were all very clean. The bathroom was also decent (the stain mentioned in previous reviews is gone..has been redone). And I must say, the hosts are excellent. Very communicative and helpful from start to finish. Overall would highly recommend!!

The outdoor balcony area had to be cleaned before use - we found it a bit grubby on arrival - but once wiped up was a nice place to use in summer.
