I already wrote a review, I stayed and had to extend to a second night. Good connection to public transport, communication with host was excellent, good breakfast option nearby.

Sound and light isolation primarily. I hope the host can work on that because otherwise the property is spacious and well connected to the public transport.

Spacious room, clean (although shared :/ ) bathroom. Good food option for breakfast nearby (go to serhat for breakie). I liked the tram station right in front of the property which allowed me to get easily to the city.

The room although appeared clean, was dusty in the bed area (you could literally see dust flying around at night with a turned on light). Sleep comfort: Although mattress was good, the pillows could be a bit better and sturdier. The most annoying thing was the very bad sound isolation - the car noise from outside and the light shedding in barely allowed me to sleep. I would advise having triple-glazed and sound-membrane windows there. Also better curtains or shades for the light. Wifi wasn't working for me for some reason. Bathroom one of the two sinks didn't have hot water at all, which in winter time is not really something you like to see. With all that, I found the price too expensive, would pay maybe half of it if I had to stay again.
