"hospitality can be better."

the property is very beautiful. it’s like living in a small quaint bungalow. the rooms are done up really well and are comfortable.

the staff at the property needs to understand what hospitality means . Specially the manager Mr Praduman. When you run a boutique property or any property as a matter of fact, the whole point is to provide great service and hospitality. however we felt that the manager didnot get that point. he was point blank rude and for every basic request that was made his first response was NO. Or maybe he was new at his job. whatever the reason for his ignorance i would say that the manager was the only sore point during the whole stay. however the staff that was serving us at the meal time was very good and the chef does brilliant thali. the top management was more reasonable and tried to solve things eventually
