Convenient location Day staff (Susie) was great

Raggedy ass bathroom towels Only two pillows on bed at arrival but as soon as I told Susie she remedied the issues AC that constantly leaked leaving HUGE puddle of water Confusion over breakfast being free at Copper Spoon The woman at night was dismissive & not helpful with resolving issues

"Excellent,bang in centre of the local area I like."

Very good English full breakfast , polite and respectful staff. Very big bed and lovely pillows. Very helpful clean room staff.

I have no dislikes and can’t fault hotel. If I have to moan it would be about the shower, hot water but needs upgrade.

Very friendly staff, helpful when I got locked out of my safe. Great restaurant next door and not too noisy even in the road facing rooms

The shower was warm but never quite hot enough, little complaint, I'll definitely be returning here
