Очень хорошее расположение рядом с основными достопримечательностями, номер не большой но чисто, спасибо большое за раннее заселение, что было очень важно после долгого пути

Very close to all places of interest

The rooms and bathrooms are very big. The location is great, central but not too in the thick of the city center.

There were many bugs in the room. There were flies all over and a spider in the bathroom. The lack of elevator certainly made moving in and out difficult, and the front desk staff did not help with the bags.

'Deluxe Zimmer ' stellte sich als dunkler, verlebter Kellerraum heraus. Bad stinkt extrem unhygienisch, trotz Beschwerde konnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden. Personal hat zudem sehr unprofessionell reagiert und keinerlei Lösung angeboten.
