"To Siesta or Not to Siesta…"

The room was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful ocean and town view. I loved the double doors that opened to let the outside air in. The prix fixe dinner was excellent. Breakfast was standard buffet with very good coffee. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a mom-and-pop atmosphere to the place.

Kitchen was closed at 15:00 but then again, everything in town was closed at that time. I guess the townsfolk take their siesta seriously but I’m probably wrong in that regard.
