HI Jasper - Hostel

One of the cleanest and modern hostels I’ve experienced in Canada. Very clean, stil spacious dorms. Lots of amenities regarding kitchen, laundry, lounge and entertainment area. The only downsides are that it’s near the train tracks and they have a noisy ventilation system in the room. But they have complimentary earplugs. Would’ve stayed longer if I could, but unfortunately needed to move to my next destination.

The hostel had many amenities and the staff were very helpful. It was more like a hotel than a traditional hostel.

The customer service over there need some serious training on how to handle customers. Also they need to clearly mention the check in instructions in both their website and expedia

Clean and comfortable. There are trains running all night. I would suggest getting a room on the quiet side of the building.

The kitchen was great. Played some pool with my wife. The only thing was . I left something behind got hold of someone via email. I know it was on the night stand 100 percent. But it wasn’t there I was told. Who goes in to a room after it’s been used ?

Room came with stains on the bedsheets. Smells musty.

It was our first time in Canada and we wanted to make te most out of our stay in Jasper. The hostel was very conveniently located, all the highlights and beautiful spots were just within a 15-30 min drive. The kitchen was very big and tidy, the bedroom with private bathroom perfect to take a break after a long day hiking.

My wife likes a place that you can feel safe walking in your bare feet in. Passed that test. I like eco friendly options. Passed. Clean, functional, great price, friendly staff. Still quite new, tasteful decor. Would recommend it, or will stay again ourselves.

it was beautiful and set up so well. the rooms were so comfortable, bunkbeds solid. we loved it so much and the price was right.
