The zone, outside but it’s not their fault

Everything explained well really comfortable stay

Found hair in the bedroom and had a few missed communicated problems but was all solved

Everything you need for a bit of time with your other half. Staff are excellent too. Loved every minute of our time here. Would highly recommend. Excellent place.

When our trip was over. Will definitely be back

The suite that we had reseved was absolutely exeptional & as it was a surprise booking for my other half & I to recuperate this was the perfect location. Literally as you exit Serenity apartments all amenities are across from the entry point. Egerything all in one place added bonus a 24hr Premier shop just happened to be a lifesaver. The hosts that i met Sadiyah was ectremely polite, friendly, approchable whn needed and specicially informative regarding rules and regulations and usage of all allocated equipment within the superior suite.

There wasn't much not to like regarding our stay. Ideal for both of us and would highly recommend to others. On a positive note we definitely we will be returning soon. To both Sadiya and Shaz we as customers sincerely thank you. 😊

Really friendly staff, good links to public transport, beautiful decor, Jacuzzi and sauna

Corridors could do with a lick of paint and carpet cleaned.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, every question answered, they let us know places to eat, with local area information, they were friendly from start to finish, they are a real credit to the company, the apartment was lovely and all set up for the2 day birthday surprise I arranged with them for my husband, they never even gave a hint of anything, so my husband was in shock when we walked in, they set up everything for me, what I loved also was extra bin bags, toilet rolls etc, you normally don’t get these, everything you required was there,
