Dolcevita is a beautifully restored older building near the waterfront of Palermo. Everything is fresh and modern but with touches of history and tradition. The owner who is in has many wonderful suggestions for your time in Palermo. Giudita is helping with reservations, directions or other needs you may have. We stayed almost week and will miss them

The location is very convenient for the marina and the centre of Palermo is just a few minutes walk away. Our rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. The air conditioning was a blessing and the WiFi had good signal. The breakfast was excellent. But the most memorable feature was the warmth and hospitality of the owner, Eugene - thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Dolce Vita is a very nice place and with super a super friendly team. We were provided with excellent tips and recommendations to really get to enjoy authentic Sicilian foods and get to see several hidden gems in Palermo and in many other places around the island. The renovation of the house is really well done and the room was extremely clean at all times. I really thank Eugenio and the team for their service and engagement with the guests

What a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo. Couldn’t have asked for better service from the staff including a bottle of bubbly for my wife’s 50th birthday. Room was spacious breakfast was good and even arranged airport transfer. Would stay again

Great bnb with friendly staff Location is just on the edge of old town, relatively short walk to all the sights. Really good quality breakfast, fresh coffee served. Staff are very friendly and helpful,with directions, taxi bookings and other advice. Stayed as a couple. Room was clean and equiped as expected. The electricity did go off overnight once, but i was able to contact staff around 6am on whatsapp and they helped get it back on quickly. One issue i think you cannot avoid almost anywhere in Palermo,is that the streets outside do not look good! The streets are quite dirty and neglected, but it seems to be the same everywhere in Palermo old town, but still feels safe. The actual building itself is fine, and both room i already mentioned and the commual kitchen area is modern and clean.

Staff including the Manager are absolutely excellent in their behaviour. Housekeeping needs to improve a great deal.Also ,there was no running water in the entire hotel for three hours one afternoon which in hot weather was terrible to say the least .It was very stressful.
