Located with an easy 10 minute walk from most tourist attractions Facilities are new, clean and staffed by the owner and attentive personnel. Would certainly recommend this place as a destination in Palermo.

We stayed 2 nights. Our room was simple, spacious and clean. Very comfortable. We were greeted by friendly Eugene and Amelia, both of whom were very helpful during our stay. Breakfasts/coffee downstairs were easy and very good. It was a nice walk to the center of Palermo. Also a short walk to the harbor. Eugene helped arrange transportation to the airport. I think we chose well and would stay here again or recommend to friends. BnB Dolcevita is a gem in Palermo.

A large room with stunning views close to everything. The only issue is that it can be very noisy.

This hotel is charming and the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Our room was outstanding and extremely comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the large "table" at the end of the bed to put our suitcases. So practical and convenient. The common room / breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We highly recommend this hotel.

Only problem is that there is no kettle in the room. I find this inconvenient as i like to make a hot drink at night and early in the morning. Other than this , it is a perfect place as location is excellent and the owner/operator is really nice.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The room was nice and spacious. I would have liked a luggage stand, there was only one shelf and we had to put the other luggage on the floor. The breakfast was excellent although we would have preferred an earlier start, it’s only served 8:30- 10. Early risers can help themselves to tea. The building is well kept with a nice elevator that takes you to the third floor. There is a nice park next to the building, unfortunately some homeless people sleep on the benches at night. But they don’t bother anyone. Although walkable, we found the hotel to be a little further from the center than we would have liked. But all in all it was probably an extra 10 minute walk. There was some mold or mildew on the shower wall above the ceramic. We were not concerned but it should get cleaned up. Overall a nice stay and we would recommend.

Good location, 10 mins walking distance to historic centre and 5 mins to the new port venue area. Room very comfortable and clean. Traffic in Palermo is just mad ! Ask for rooms at the back of the property rather than facing the main road. The communal kitchen on our floor was, unfortunately, not very clean and not stocked with coffee as promised.

Facility is great, it is quiet, clean and very well kept. Staff is friendly and professional. Neighborhood is not so great, there is a small park next to the building which is populated by homeless people, so instead of walking through the nice alley in this park, we had to use other side of the street.

This place was amazing and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Palermo. It’s in a perfect spot, as it’s not right in the middle of the city, but close enough to walk and you don’t get the crazy city noise! Our the manager/owner was an absolute gentleman and is super passionate about the city so will give you all the best tips on where to go. Such a good place and would recommend to anyone.
