Beautiful hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great, variety of options. Other people have mentioend the homeless people in the park opposite - we found this, however they caused no issues at all and we felt safe at all times. Location was great - 2 minute walk to the harbour and the new fountain and 10 minutes from the centre of the historic town. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is wonderful and accommodating, but unfortunately I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel. The hotel is under construction, which wasn’t stated anywhere when we booked. The hotel is located on an extremely busy road and we had to switch rooms we couldn’t sleep because the traffic is nonstop. We got moved to the opposite side of the hotel and you could still hear the traffic. It was much quieter, but half of the amenities in our room didn’t work. The TV and wifi didn’t work, which is inconvenient when your cell service isn’t great being in another country. Our shower wouldn’t drain and even flowed onto the floor. I think the hotel has a lot of potential when it is completely renovated.

The property is convenient to the city center. One drawback is the area is dirty...a lot of trash and dog feces.

We loved this place. The room were HUGE and the breakfast was really great. It is walking distance to many things such as shopping and restaurants and is in a quiet area. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

The BnB was beautifully renovated. Our hosts were welcoming and made our stay at the BnB a delight. The room very large, bright and very clean. The wifi was fast. The location was in walking distance to the major sights of the city. Breakfast was excellent. I strongly recommend it.

Judy was amazing and vey knowledgeable. Great breakfast each morning especially the quiche!

Although the property is undergoing some renovations that didn’t affect our stay The staff were brilliant and couldn’t do more for us we would definitely stay there again

Wonderful stay. Beautiful property wothin walking distance of shops, restaurants etc. Perfect base to explore Palermo. Friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful owner. We will be back!

Lovely staff and close to food and sights!

Pros - walking distance to main attractions, breakfast included, quiet, new & modern, friendly staff, spacious room, small fridge in room, able to brew tea at the pantry, drinking water provided. Cons - no safe in the room, breakfast is the same everyday, reception is not always open, surrounding area does not seem safe so I won't stay there if I'm traveling alone.
