Expensive for the service, they smile just to take our money it's a trap tourist and we have see a poor scene : they taking a lot of money to a family just because the little boy lost the babyfoot's ball ! Keep away from this hotel !

the room is quite basic, basically just two staffs. it’s same price as the boutique hotel nearby, which includes a lobby, breakfast etc

The location is very good. 5-10 mins walk from the Thephae Gate and night markets. The room looked decent and spacious. Floor and furniture were clean. And it was really quiet. The pool is nice but close too early at 7pm. Staff are friendly. Good value of money.

I arrived at 1pm and there was no one at the front desk. I waited for few minutes until a staff walked past and then she got another staff to check in for us. I suggest to get a ring bell if there is empty reception. The linen was alright. I found a patch of brown dirt on the blanket cover. But it was too late to get cleaning lady to change it. They just gave me a new one. I didn't change for them. Luckily AC wasn't too cold. I just slept with the blanket cover. And waited until next day to change it. The hot water wasn't stable. It got cold after few minutes. Needed to close the tap and wait for awhile for hot water. Only one key card, would be more convenient to have 2. Once again, still, there is a good value of money. But you gotta expect these..

I paid the 200 B to use their pool. Decided to order a noodle salad with prawns and calamari for 120B. What a rip off!! About a half a cup of noodles , if even that . Three ultra small shrimp. Three skinny calamari rings. I took it back to the kitchen (almost taking a header on the wet tiles) told them in no uncertain turns I didn’t want this. Found it totally lacking and a rip off. Later I went to pay. Paid for my one beer and a tip. Man said I ate two calamari rings so I needed to pay half. Was upset but just gave him the money and told him I wouldn’t return. Either steer clear on snuggle in your own food and drinks instead of giving these people your money. Or wait and go buy much more delicious street food for a third of the price!

Excellent location, great bar and pool area, nicely refurbished

The room was hot and air conditioning hard to cool the room
