Campo Pequeno Prestige

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property as well as its central convenient location.

The apartment is quite basic, especially the bathroom facilities, and it requires renovation. I booked it with the hope of being able to work there during the day; however, I was unable to stay in the apartment from 8 AM till 6 PM due to the extreme level of noise coming from the floor above, where maintenance works were happening. I paid a significant amount of money for a month-long stay but was unable to stay in the apartment during the day. This issue was not resolved after a brief chat with the property manager. It's disappointing customer service. Low value for money.

Cleanliness of the space, location was great if you would like to visit some places outside Lisbon (e.g. Sintra, Cascais). Room the same as in the pictures, huge plus for kitchen and washing machine

Very safe place to stay and cleanliness of the place.

The noise of the surrounding areas since it's close by the road or maybe the room that I got is too close to the main streets.

Spacious room, helpful to have a washer available.

Be careful when booking as the photos all have pictures of balconies but not all the rooms have them. I picked Campo Pequeno thinking being a bit out of town would be quieter, however the building itself is very loud. You can hear people in the rooms next door and the whole place echos when closing doors. Also, the visitor policy is unclear - I was traveling alone but had friends who lived in Lisbon over and was charged 80 euros cash. Finally, it'd be helpful if the kitchen had designated spaces in the fridge and cabinets according to room numbers.

Excellent location, close to the public transport. I rented a room with a private bathroom, it was clean, simple and fine. The kitchen has all the necessary tools and equipment. The Internet was good. Communication with the facility' s managers went perfectly well and on time. You need an internet connection to enter the premises which is perfectly fine and useful, but I didn't have it due to technical issues with the phone. Luckily, the facility managers responded immediately to my call for support, and opened the door from a distance.

The room was a little bit warm. A small fan has been available. The air conditioner, or another type of fan, would definitely make a difference to feel more comfortable. Anyhow, it was manageable.
