Sabai Place

This hotel is cheaper than most hostels and is very nice. The location is great: next to 7-11, food market and within walking distance to the beach. The room was clean and fresh supplies (soap, water) were provided daily. The owners were so nice and i would definitely stay again! - also the back door is open 24/7

Kind of loud outside at times

Market directly close by, 7/11 next door, lots of shops, nice people, managers helped me with everything

The shower head wouldn't stay at the wall, was a little bit annoying and needs to be improved

Short walking distanse to Vana Nava waterpark, which was the main reason for us to stay in this area of Hua Hin. There is also a big market near the guesthouse, which was a nice surprise. Great streetfood! Rooms are simple and clean. We had two rooms and preferred the smaller one because it wes quiet. The lady in the reception doesn't speak english, but uses google translate. She went out of her way to help us arrange a taxi to Bangkok. Really friendly and serviceminded.

It's a nice place for some nights

Staff was wonderful.

Sheets and mattresses worn and bathroom sink made loud sounds and was placed too close to toilet.

Good price, decent location if you have your own transportation. Large room.
