"Overall, we liked our stay!"

Very nice room, clean and large.

Nothing. The property was great. The only problem we had was that the front desk person told us that the breakfast was included in our stay at check-in and then charged us for it when we left. We were quite shocked and this wasn’t good.

"Lovely Boutique Hotel with friendly staff"

Arrived late, staff very helpful.. helped us get a late dinner next door. Suite large and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast simple and staff helpful. Full of Italians making it authentic. Reception staff helped us with parking, booking restaurants and general advice in Bari. Used the spa the one complementary time and enjoyed it thoroughly! Would recommend as a good base for visiting Bari, Matera and Alberobella

"Great stay, clean and quiet"

The suite was large, plenty of room, clean and tidy with a large fridge. Bathroom was great with a very tall heated towel rail and double sinks. Large rain shower was good. Quiet at night, and good location for Bari city. Staff were great and very helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

"Wished we had more time there. Such a lovely little hotel with generous proportions in the room."

Firstly, great communication before we even arrived as we were arriving late. The room was really well considered with a generous bathroom, a beautiful floor and very comfortable bed.

We went downstairs late for a late snack and the staff were so lovely and accomodating. The breakfast was a standout with everything home baked and handmade in house by a lovely woman. We were only sad we had one night.
