the location was close to the old town and it was easy to get there which is what we wanted - the room was great and as we were leaving early the next morning the staff kindly packed a breakfast box for us

the wifi didn't work properly

Le design de la chambre

Notre fils est arrivé dans la nuit. Il était censé recevoir une carte digitale qui n’a jamais marché. Il était censé récupérer une carte pour ouvrir la chambre posée sur le comptoir d’accueil sur lequel il n’y avait rien, malgré le fait que la responsable avait dit qu’elle le ferait

"A good place to relax especially for summer vacation !"

It was a very nice hotel with good facilities as a whole. Some staff members at Check-In and restaurants were extremely helpful and friendly (but some not).

We went there in early October. The outside temperature was cool but the room was quite hot. The air-con did not work. Some of the staff made us feel that we were bothering them.

Queda muy cerca de la parte histórica del centro y de la estación bari .centrale. me dieron una habitación son cargo superior a la q había reservado muy cómoda y amplia. El desayuno se sirve en el salón del café de al lado q es abierto al.piblico. Muy amables en todo momento

Ótimo café e boa localização

Fiquei no quarto 01 ,ótimo quarto ,fomos surpreendidos pelo barulho provavelmente compressor ar condicionado ,que tornou nossa noite muito difícil Este inconveniente não é admissível para um hotel deste nível e com custo elevado
