The ac was not working well it had less coldness

Staff was friendly

Cleanliness of the room and the property in itself was pretty bad. There were cockroaches everywhere

Right at the entry of premises looked full of dirt and unhigynic. The staff of the hotel was not proactive to pick up the luggage to the room. I carried it on my own. I noticed the was not clean and the bed was stinking maybe it was not washed. They did not have a telephone to dial in the room. The tv was in the room and did not have the cable or DTH box available with it. Over it was a very unpleasant stay.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Property was safe and easy to get to.

Price was a little high for the quality but we were still happy we stayed there.
