Hotel Crystal Luxury Inn- Bandra

There was not even a single thing that I was happy with this hotel or the staff

I recently stayed at Crystal Luxury Inn in Bandra Mumbai, I stayed there for 2days and had worst experience of staying in hotel. I travel frequently with my family and friends and go for the budgeted hotel and I have stayed in many 3 star hotels. By far this was the worst experience ever. To begin with cleanliness of the hotel was a major concern. The hygiene was clearly compromised, with bedsheets that were not clean and visibly soiled. To make matters worse, the hotel had a significant cockroach problem, with these pests found all around the room, which was both alarming and unpleasant. The staff did not contribute positively to the experience either. They were not friendly or welcoming, which added to the overall negative impression of the place. Furthermore, the hotel felt completely deserted, with no other guests during my stay, which gave the entire place an unsettling, almost abandoned atmosphere. I was very uncomfortable staying there. Additionally, the hotel's location was a challenge. If you're arriving by cab or auto, there is no clear or proper entry point, which makes it difficult to navigate to the hotel. This lack of accessibility was frustrating, especially after a long day of travel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay. The combination of poor hygiene, lack of hospitality, and inconvenient location made it a very disappointing experience.
