Casa Rural La Tinta

Una auténtica joya que German comparte con el resto, fuera de la sobreexplotación turística que tiene la isla. Un lugar completamente de película y una casa con todas las comodidades posibles. Mil gracias y un auténtico placer poder llegar a ella, esperamos algún día poder volver!

Absolutamente nada

Very peaceful place and nothing around, just what we wanted. Place was very clean too. Steep drive to the property for parking but wasn't the problem for us. There are no shops or restaurants unless you drive 15/20 minutes again we didn't mind.

The place, surroundings, almost no neighbours around. The place is on the hill and surrounded by beautiful nature. Sun and nature during the days, star-gazing at nights.

The place definitely could have sharper knifes. As there are no restaurants in a walkable distance around, we had to prepare meal a lot. So, sharper knifes would definitely help.

Everything was really great. Super clean, had all equipment, great view, great, great great……

This place felt pretty idyllic. Down in a peaceful valley where you can watch the sun set. The clouds roll over the mountains behind you, dissolving before they can obscure the sun and letting down a fine mist of rain in the afternoon. I had a wonderful few days relaxing there. A great hike as well starting around the corner. The house was pretty well equipped, with some condiments like salt&pepper, coffee filters and such.

Unless you are a confident driver, the mountain pass to get there can be busy and a challenge to navigate. A small car helps with some horsepower to make the climb, and drive before or after the crowds (it offers spectacular views though!) Warm water runs out fairly soon, and an oven would have been nice.

The location of the house is simply stunning! If you are looking for quiet and peaceful place out of crowds and traffic, go to La Tinta. The view to the valley with La Gomera in the distance is breathtaking, the garden is amazing. Great for walks and hikes, Masca in walking distance.

Equiping the house with additional few pieces (such as detergent/washing powder, shower gel, olive oil, coffee etc.) would take it to 10 for sure. Especially because there are no shops nearby.
