The building complex is old and appears run down. The unit itself is wonderful. Ceilings needed to be dusted (near ceiling fan). Pool closed at 6pm.

This property was exactly as photographed. The room was clean and had a touch of elegance. The check in process was easy, as was checkout. We had a lovely stay.
We couldnt make it because our flight was canceled and they still are charging me full price plus threatening to charge me additional fees.

The property itself was great. Location was great. Condo and pool area were great. Loved the keyless entry for condo door and pool/beach access. I was not happy with Tybee Vacation Rental Service. Upon checkin we only received 2 towels for 4 people and no linens for sofa sleeper as noted in the contract. We text and called but they do not have staff or answering service outside of normal businesd hours. We had to wait over 24 hrs to get the linens and i waited over 48 hrs and several texts and a call to get the towels. The contracted noted 4 people and that these items would be available for each guest. Also, the unit is advertised as being able to accommodate 4 guests but there were only 3 kitchen chairs, 3 forks, 3 spoons, etc.
USThe unit was very nice clean. The view was beautiful especially at Sunrise!
At every turn you are warned about noise, (I am not the type of person to disturb my neighbors.) You are told what will happen if there is damage to the unit. You are told "Do not come to the facility until you receive a text stating your unit is ready. The instuctions sent to me indicated unit on third floor, but it was on 1st floor. There was a two page (front and back) page of instructions on how to get cable to work. I am not an electrician. At the end I received instructions telling me to take out the trash. Don't get me wrong I do not believe one should allow trash to accumulate in the condo, but I do not think guest should be asked to take it out.
USThe condo was great and fully furnished. The balcony had plenty of seats to enjoy the view. Parking was convienenet and everything was as stated in website.
