Sehr zentrale Lage, alles gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Externer Schimmel Geruch im Bad und Zimmer. Am Anfang überdeckt mit einem Zimmer Duft.

starker Abflussgestank im Bad, sehr kaltes Zimmer, regelmäßiger höhrbarer Türalarm (auch nachts ca. 1x pro Stunde)

Im Zimmer hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen. Auch nach langem Lüften war ein beißender Geruch spürbar. Die Heizung hat auch nicht einwandfrei funktioniert.

Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft und deren Service. Auch wenn ich spät abends komme werde ich freundlich empfangen.

Nicht jedes Zimmer ist gleich aufgebaut, einige haben nur ein Dachfenster.

The location was very central. The stuff was very friendly. The room was clean and good furnished.

The room that was assigned to me had a bad smell at the toilet, but the staff was very nice and understanding and they gave me a new clean room. The room had a window in the direction of a common terrace. That felt very uncomfortable, because people from the other side could look at you room, so I had to close the black curtain (which couldnt cover the room completely anyways). Moreover the room heater didnt work properly at night and I was cold, also the water wasnt warm enough to have a warm shower. Moreover there was a night club at the ground floor below the hotel and I as a female solo traveller didnt feel very safe on that area, so I wouldnt recommend it for other female solo travelers.
