Little Africa Safari Lodge

Our stay at Little Africa was just perfect: Leandra the host was very welcoming and we could feel at home right from the beginning. The whole experience provided by the Little Africa Team could not have been better: - Food and service were excellent during our whole stay - Sleeping in a tented camp made us even more connect with the surroundings as you could here animals nereby during the night - The game drives provided were perfect. Our two guides Mateo and Never are very experienced in tracing the animals but also have a lot of knowledge about the flora and founa. We did overall 8 game drives together with them and the covered all the big five and listened to our requests. For example I asked if hippos live in the reserve and the coffe spot at the next morning was at a pond with hippos :) - The Moditlo private game reserve felt like the perfect mix of having enough animals around but also giving them enough space. Overall I would fully recommend a stay at Little Africa and if I get the chance I would also come back.

Lodge familial, acceuil et personnel très agréable. 2 bemols : propreté un peu limite dans la salle de bains et bruit du train la nuit. Excellente nourriture et prix des vins très raisonnable. Le guide à finalement donné beaucoup d'explications mais dans un anglais un peu difficile à comprendre. Il faudra ajouter 270 rands par jour et par personne pendant votre séjour, en plus de la suggestion des pourboires, 700 rands par jour et par personne !

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time at Little Africa! Leandra is such a wonderful host - we were well taken care of the entire time. The lodge is stunning - it is a luxurious experience that still makes you feel connected to the beautiful land and animals in the reserve. The tented rooms were awesome! The shower was so cool - everything in the room was of great quality. We felt so cozy and relaxed. The food was so good - every meal felt like a cozy home cooked meal. They even set up a lovely table for us for dinner to celebrate our honeymoon. The drives were so so so awesome! Never and Mateo were our guides and we had so much fun with them. We saw EVERYTHING. They are so well educated on the bush - we learned so much from them about the animals, plants, and climate. It was such an amazing experience. I highly recommend Little Africa to everyone!

The place is super fine, in an amazing location. The room are clean, big and very comfortable. The pool and the eating area it was just amazing and exceeded my expectations. The hotel team was above and beyond for any request that we had. The game drives driver and spotter (Never and Mateo) were really professional and made sure that we will see all animals including the big fives

We were looking for a "small...intimate...&private " game lodge. We found that and much MORE at Little Africa. We wanted to expérience tented accomodation, we found "Glamour Tent unique Experience". Large spacious and full facilities. In 2 days we saw 4/5 the BiG 5, we must return to see the 5th one : The Léopard. Thanks to big 5 Team of Little Africa, Leandra our Host , our guides Denis and Mateo, and Vonnie and Mounya !!!! Keep it up!

Best meal of the day. Wonderful freshly cut fruit to start , then an array of cheeses and cereal with yoghurt and a full cooked breakfast thereafter!

Would have preferred cuisine more catered to Vegetarian
