"Einzel und kurze Zeit außer Messe Zeiten o. k."

Für mich die Lage, S-Bahn Haltestelle direkt davor und in die Innenstadt kurze Fahrzeit. Man kann direkt im Hof parken.

Die Zimmer sind etwas zu klein für zwei Personen. Wenn Messe ist, die Preise steigen über das 3 fache. Das ist richtig zu viel und teuer.
