Big living room, comfortable for 7 people

In the bathroom there was a bad smell

Comfy beds and good location

Front door doesn't lock so it didn't feel secure, smelly, very noisy neighbours, and general maintenance needed.

We wish to reclaim any fees which were paid for this booking. We were told that the keys could be accessed in a lockbox 'Within the Hallway' of the property. Arriving at the property we were confronted with a heavy wooden front door which we could not open. After some time one of the tenants who was planning to leave came to the front door and let us in. We tried the lockbox code multiple times but without success. The tenant also tried the code but with no success. Over a long period of time a number of other tenants came down and tried the code but with no success. We also had tried the telephone numbers supplied by the owner but these did not go through. They were also tried by the tenants, but with no success. As we had our luggage and time was getting on, we were forced to leave and go to a hotel. Due to the fact that we were unable to check in we expect a refund of 367 Euros and any other fees which were deducted from our account.

The smell is so bad from the drains that it made my mother in law sick.

Close to center

If is terrrible place for go with baybe or old people. And is not well have a bed that is not in the level of the floor. For old people is super unconfortsble use staris for use bed.

The location is amazing! The apartment is nicely distributed (between rooms and common spaces) Getting inside was easy

A few items like trash cans, utensils, things for the kitchen (toaster) did not work. on Friday morning, there was a man shouting, he was doing maintenance but disrupted our confort. We did not have a correct shower mat and that made showering dirty The front door could not be closed easily and did not give me a sense of safety

Apartment was beautiful. The location is amazing right in the old city.

The one bathroom for the number of people we had was kind of hard to work around.

Great location, price point was good.

Not a ‘dislike’ but there are many stairs… don’t book this if you have issues with mobility. No real ‘living room’
